- Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year for packages or treatment and 3 years for dollar value from the date of purchase. Please see date of issue.
- Gift vouchers on non-refundable.
- Dollar value gift vouchers may be used for redemption on any Botanique services, products or promotions.
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your gift voucher
