Our private yoga lesson classes focus on easy stretching and strengthening asanas (poses) that you can learn to either do on your own and/or join a larger class with more confidence. Each student’s own personal injuries, conditions and pain will also be addressed so that we can tailor the sessions to your individual needs.
No you do not ‘need to be flexible’ nor have any experience at all! However if you are nervous about where to start with yoga, then private lessons are the perfect answer.
Lisa is a qualified yoga teacher and has approximately 20 years of practice as a student under her belt. She comes from a dance and gymnastics background in her youth, however this unfortunately led to lower back problems later in life. As a result, Lisa underwent a spinal fusion of L4/L5 in 2018 and has used yoga as a way to ensure recovery, increase range of motion and manage pain and stiffness. She currently teaches hot yoga at World Gym Burpengary as well as offering private tuition.
Our space is a lovely indoor/outdoor patio fitted with heaters and rubber flooring to ensure you stay warmed up throughout your practice (you might even sweat a little!). For a more holistic result, you might like to also add on a massage, infrared sauna or other body treatment on the same day that you have your yoga lesson.

Our retreats allow you to focus on yourself for a few hours whilst enjoying the company of like minded men and women.
Retreats address health & wellness topics such as diet, mindset, exercise, hormonal changes and much more plus yoga & meditation. Of course you will also be given some time out to relax in the pool, hot tub and sauna. Attendance is limited so please let us know if you are interested in attending as soon as dates are published.
