Each of our therapists aims to offer every client the personalised attention and care they deserve. Whether you are in need of ongoing therapeutic treatments for an acute injury and/or chronic pain, aches and pain, or prefer to treat yourself to the occasional bit of rejuvenation, you will be given the highest quality service from a qualified therapist. We offer a cozy, private and tranquil environment with only a small number of clients are treated at any one time, maximising the spa experience. Therapists here work as sole operators under the one roof. Lisa Randall
For the past 20 years, Lisa has worked and continued training in modalities that would help her pursue her goal of helping others, both physically and psychologically. Lisa has undertaken extensive training in body work, dermal therapies, skin analysis, cosmeceutical ingredient efficacy and advanced treatments, and utilises potent, naturally based products for salon and home care to achieve the best results for every client including her own bespoke range, Botanique Skin Nutrition. She has also completed an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Counselling in order to further assist clients with their skin and overall health goals, as well as Wellness Coaching. She holds certificates in Traditional Eastern Cupping, Dry Needling and Taping. When she is not seeing clients in the salon, Lisa is a qualified yoga and Pilates Reformers teacher who offers private tuition as well as group classes. She specialises in teaching hot yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga. She also works as a Trainer/Assessor teaching massage, beauty, business and yoga and has commenced studies to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Lisa is registered with AusActive and is a Board Member for the Massage Association of Australia.

ZARA O'SULLIVAN
Zara is a fully qualified beauty and registered remedial massage therapist with eight years of experience. She completed a Diploma of Beauty Therapy at Earthsentials Training Academy in December 2016 and started working at Botanique Skin Wellness Spa that year. She then completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at Q Academy in November 2018 which further developed her bodywork treatments in order to help clients reach their wellness goals more effectively. Zara was previously employed at Botanique as the Day Spa Manager which allowed her to gain invaluable experience in managing a business as well as looking after multiple therapists in the team. She is now operating as a self employed sole trader; available at Botanique on select days. Zara's philosophy is that she is NOT a "no pain, no gain massage therapist." Rather, she prefers to work intuitively within the client's desired pressure, and incorporating a mix of modalities if required including Swedish (relaxation), hot stone, myofascial cupping, deep tissue and various remedial techniques. This allows her to treat holistically as well as focus on any areas that may need more detailed attention. Zara is a Mum to two energetic boys who are heavily involved in all manner of sporting activities, which means she has a vested interest in ensuring they remain injury free, and she is therefore a big advocate of using massage as a means or prevention in relation to sport. Zara also specialises in skin condition specific facials, helping her clients to achieve goal orientated results as well as relaxation and pampering. Her overall approach - whether for massage or skin therapies - is to help restore balance, and relieve pain and tension and to ensure clients look and feel the best in body and mind. Zara is available Mondays, Wednesday morning, Fridays and limited Saturdays.

Masaya Yamaguchi
Masa, who is originally from Japan, comes with an international qualification and is a gun at trigger point and strong, deep tissue work as well as traditional one hour reflexology sessions. He also offers spa treatments including body scrubs & wraps and relaxation facials and loves offering Aromatherapy massage where he can customise an oil blend specifically for the client's needs. Health fund rebates are available with him. Masa's interests include gardening (we love getting herbs and veg straight from his garden), playing with essential oils and spending time with family.
